BRIJ MOHAN SHARMA
CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTPracticing as Chartered Accountant since 1983. In year 1987, Joined as a partner of “M/S B.M. SHARMA & ASSOCIATES”. During these Forty years of practice, considerable Expertise has been acquired in the field Finance, Banking Taxation & Company Law. Ceased to be partner in M/s B.M. SHARMA & ASSOCIATES w.e.f 01.04.2023. Started a Proprietorship firm M/s BRIJ SHARMA & ASSOCIATES in the year 2013. Appointed by Govt. of India as Part Time Non official Director under Chartered Accountant Category in Vijaya Bank for a period of three years by Notification F.No. 9/30/2004- B.O.I dated 2nd January, 2007. Appointed as a special invitee to the Professional Development committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India during the year 2009. During this tenure, worked very closely in the fields of Public Sector Undertakings, Private Equity Financing & Regional Rural Banks. Appointed by Govt. of India as Part Time Non official Director under Chartered Accountant Category in Union Bank of India for a period of three years by Notification F.No. 9/41/2009- B.O.I dated 16th April,2010. Elected as Shareholder Director of Canara Bank for period three years w.e.f. 20.07.2013. However, ceased to be director w.e.f. 31.12.2013due to change in public shareholding. Has acquired considerable experience in the field of Corporate debt Restructuring/Strategic Debt Restructuring while serving as Director on Various Banks.

Om Prakash Vyas
Senior Advocate and Chairmam, CWC, Govt. of NCT of DelhiAn international resource person on law and human rights is currently a practicing lawyer in the Supreme Court and High Courts. He is heading a civil society organisation, BHIM and is also a Member of Fact Finding Committee on Human Rights Violations with Justice Narsimha Reddy and was recently in the news for his visit to Sandeshkhali, Communal Riots probe in Nuh, Mewat and conducted Elections of Wrestling Federation of India with Justice Sh MM Kumar at the Indian Olympic Association. He is the former Joint Registrar (Law) of National Human Rights Commission of India. An alumni of Law Faculty, Delhi University with Bachelor's in Law, he completed his Masters in Human Rights from the University of Sydney, Australia on full scholarship. He also holds a Masters in Law. To begin with he started with a career police officer, investigated hundreds of high profile and sensitive cases across the country. Mr Vyas was decorated with the President's Police Medal on Republic Day, 2009 for meritorious services. He is one of the most experienced officer in the Asia Pacific region having worked with the NHRC, India for over 27 years both in the investigation and the law division with outstanding track record. Mr Vyas has also represented India at the UN forums in various countries and is also a fellow of the Australian Federal Police College, Canberra. He contributed immensely in drafting the NHRC guidelines on Arrests, Custodial deaths, encounter deaths and has also authored a book on bonded labour with Justice Sh Darmar Murugesan which is a part of the NHRC publication.
